A 10-15 minute walk or bike to the famous Tom Nevers Park and its great beach with deep blue waves and golden sand. Its play ground, softball and basket ball courts, jungle gym and swings are just at the end of our street for an easy day at the Beach or an after dinner walk with the kids or an evening of champagne by the bonfire on the beach with sparklers to toast the sun a good bye. Just a 10 minute ride from town or a "hop" over to the quaint coastal village of Siasconset with the island's bike paths a few peddles away, you have finally arrived at your island summer dream vacation with all your family and friends in tow. The Tom Nevers locale is not far from anywhere on Nantucket but feels like you're on an island far away, as you gaze out over the beautiful farms, pastures and peaks of the ocean as you arrive at your Nantucket Paradise.

This "great room" has a giant kitchen and chefs island with dinning bar and a captains table seating 20 plus, that is truly one of a kind. With a huge marbled fireplace and bricked hearth columed mantel, a 60" Plasma sits atop, that's linked to the HIFI-WIFI speakers. You will have a whole house surround sound system with your devices streaming your favorite playlists of the minute. The giant couches with their oversized pillows are great to lounge with your cheese and libations while the chefs are busy getting set to wine and dine.
